Which hosting plan should I choose?
Most of our customers find the Business plan to be the best value for money. This plan provides 100 GB of SSD space, which is sufficient for serious websites, and several large mailboxes of up to 10 GB each. For beginner projects, the Economy plan is an excellent starting option, while Business Plus is ideal for agencies and businesses with multiple websites.
Which technical center should I choose?
We have technical centers on three continents - Europe (Sofia) and North America (USA). We recommend that you choose the center that is closest to your target audience. For the Bulgarian market and Europe, we recommend the Sofia data center for optimal speed and lowest price.
My domain is registered elsewhere. Can I use your hosting?
Absolutely! You can host any domain, regardless of where it is registered. You just need to point the domain to our nameserver addresses, which you will receive after activating your account. The nameserver change is made at your current registrar and takes up to 24-48 hours to propagate completely.
How can I move my existing website to you?
Our technical team will migrate your website for free. The service covers popular platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, as well as various PHP/HTML websites. The migration is performed without downtime—your website remains accessible throughout the entire process. The Economy and Business plans support 1 main website, plus parked domains that share the same content. The Business Plus plan allows you to host up to 5 completely separate websites with separate content and mailboxes on different domains (1 main + 4 addon domains), plus unlimited parked domains.
Do you offer SSH access?
Yes, we provide SSH/SFTP access to each hosting account for easier management of files and directories on your web hosting. SSH access must be enabled from the "SSH Access" section in the Control Panel for security reasons. Please note that we do not provide root access, as all servers are fully managed by our team.
