Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop customer relationships - you'll be the main link between them and the CreateX teams.
  • Analyze client needs and collaborate with our SEO, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Technical teams to deliver the best marketing solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns – SEO, PPC, social media, influencer marketing, content, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Organize and coordinate project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients, offering additional services and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or marketing project management.
  • Understanding digital marketing - SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills - you know how to turn complex ideas into understandable and persuasive messages.
  • Project management skills – ability to coordinate multiple teams and achieve project goals on time.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities – you can identify growth opportunities and propose effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales for each agency individually and for wellConnected as a whole by presenting our comprehensive service portfolio.
  • Analyze client needs and offer the right solutions – whether it’s a single service from one agency or a full-scale marketing strategy.
  • Work with major brands and businesses looking for long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Generate and manage leads – from the first contact to closing deals.
  • Communicate with agencies within wellConnected to coordinate offers and projects.
  • Participate in business meetings and presentations, showcasing wellConnected’s capabilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in selling marketing services or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to persuade and create value for clients.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and business strategies – you don’t have to be an expert, but knowledge of the industry is essential.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
